General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between Yamo Sélection and its customers via this website.

2. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed on this website by adult individuals (18 years or older) residing in metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Germany. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

In accordance with Law No. 2009-879 of July 21, 2009, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the customer certifies on their honor that they are 18 years of age or older.

3. Products

Yamo Sélection sells Moscato Dolce Spumante — Casa Martelletti 1700, VSQ (Quality Sparkling Wine), packaged in packs of 6 x 75 cl bottles.

• Alcohol: 6.5% vol
• Origin: Piedmont, Italy
• Grape variety: 100% Moscato Bianco
• Allergens: Contains sulfites

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination address and displayed separately before order confirmation:

• Pickup point: free (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany — subject to availability)
• Home delivery — Paris: from €7.90
• Home delivery — Île-de-France (outside Paris): from €9.90
• Home delivery — rest of France, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: from €13.90

The exact amount of delivery costs is automatically calculated at the time of payment, depending on the destination address.

5. Order

The order is confirmed after product selection, basket verification, entry of delivery information, payment confirmation, and receipt of a confirmation email.

6. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Yamo Sélection does not store your banking data.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 6 working days. The areas served are: metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unopened. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Exception: Opened bottles cannot be returned.

9. Legal Guarantees

Yamo Sélection is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).

10. Personal Data Protection

Data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer can resort to mediation via: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law is applicable.

⚠️ Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited. Consume in moderation.
