Return and Refund Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

• Bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging
• The pack must be intact and undamaged
• The return must be made within 14 days of notification

Not eligible for return: open or partially consumed bottles, products damaged by the customer, out-of-time orders.

3. Return Procedure

1. Send an email to contact@yamoselection.com with your order number and the reason
2. We will confirm receipt within 48 business hours and provide the return address
3. Ship the package with tracking at your expense and keep proof of shipment

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.

5. Refund

After receiving and verifying the products, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order. The refund includes the price of the returned products and the initial delivery costs.

6. Defective or Non-compliant Product

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, contact us immediately at contact@yamoselection.com with photos. We will arrange the return at our expense and proceed with replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
